how we work together

Sitting Together

This isn’t a twelve-step program or a secret manual. It’s a relationship shaped around whatever you’re actually bringing. Below are the ways we can sit together.

01

One-to-One Reflection

how it feels

like sitting beside the river and noticing where it keeps turning.

what we do

conversation, journaling, silence, gentle inquiry. We look at anxiety, confusion, loneliness, self-image, grief, substance loops, and the quiet question of meaning.

what we don’t

diagnose, advise, fix. We observe the story you tell yourself and watch what happens when you stop believing it.

02

Family & Relationship Sessions

how it feels

like turning the camera from “me” to the space between us.

what we do

explore recurring roles — who keeps the peace, who holds the blame — notice the unspoken contracts, see if honesty can be reintroduced.

what we don’t

decide who’s wrong. We’re looking at patterns, not villains.

03

Recurring Patterns

how it feels

less like therapy, more like looking under your bed.

what we do

pick one loop — approval-seeking, self-sabotage, emotional numbness — and stay with it until it reveals its mechanics.

what we don’t

give advice to “love yourself more.” We’re here to understand, not affirm.

04

AI-Assisted Journaling

how it feels

like receiving a gentle poke from your future self.

what we do

send reflective prompts between sessions; you respond privately or with me. Prompts end with a question that leads back into awareness, not a conclusion.

what we don’t

ask you to divulge crisis-level detail or become your daily diary. The AI is a mirror, not an oracle.

05

Nature & Movement

how it feels

fear, trust and joy in your hands instead of your head.

what we do

walk, climb, or sit outdoors to let the body speak what the mind edits. A trail can ask better questions than a chair.

what we don’t

use nature as a gimmick. The mountain doesn’t care about your spiritual identity.

06

Referral & Ethics

how it feels

like being told “I’d love to help, but this isn’t safe here.”

what we do

refer you to psychiatrists, therapists, doctors, or addiction specialists when specialised care is needed. Honesty is more important than retention.

what we don’t

pretend we can handle every crisis. If you’re dealing with severe addiction, psychosis, suicidal ideation, or need medical support, we’ll direct you to professionals.

the first call

How the first call works

  1. 01You fill a short form.
  2. 02We spend 30–45 minutes on a call.
  3. 03We see whether this space feels right for you.
  4. 04If yes, we map our next steps.
  5. 05If not, you leave with clarity and resources.

No spiritual entrance exam. No pressure to continue.
